At this level, you take charge of a specific function β maybe inbound, picking, or dispatch.

- Manage cross-functional issues

Now youβre running the entire warehouse site.

This is the pinnacle of the ladder.
- End-to-end supply chain ownership (procurement, planning, warehousing, transport)
- Work directly with the CEO/CXO team
- Make strategic decisions on network design, technology adoption, and business growth

- Indian companies: βΉ40LββΉ1.2 Cr/year
- MNCs & e-commerce giants: βΉ70LββΉ2 Cr+/year (with bonuses)

- Supervisor β Assistant Manager: 2β4 years
- Assistant Manager β Manager: 3β5 years
- Manager β GM: 4β6 years
- GM β VP/COO: 5β8 years
