These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of supplychainway.com and the online courses and related services offered under the brand "Supply Chain Way" (the "Service"), operated by Hesol India Private Limited ("Hesol", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a course. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Unless a specific course page states otherwise, course fees are refundable only as described in our refund policy in effect at the time of purchase. Requests for refunds should be sent to HesolConsulting@gmail.com and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in line with that policy.
All course content, materials, video, text, graphics, logos, and the SCWAY name and branding are the property of Hesol India Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from course content without our prior written consent.

We aim to keep courses accessible and up to date but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue a course or feature at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material changes affecting active enrollments.
The Service and course content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Course content is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hesol India Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the course giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Hesol India Private Limited, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious or repeated violations. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
